Vibration Test Systems m-series ia a Silent type appropriate for abnormal noise inspection.

The m-series range of IMV is both silent and compact, but powerful enough for full-scale tests.
The m-series design is ‘Soundless’ giving the end-user an improved test environment.
Applications include both multi-axis and squeak and rattle.

Silent design employing a built-in cooling fan

DC powered cooling fan is built-into the shaker. Natural air cooling is also used when the cooling fan is stopped for silent operation. (with a reduction in performance)
In natural air mode (without fan), it is suitable for squeak & rattle testing.
System structure is specialized for high frequency test, maximum travel of armature is almost equal to 0.
Displacement of double amplitude is 10μm when excited with frequency 1kHz and acceleration 200m/s2.
